Contact form data
If you submit the contact or audit request forms, you may provide your name, company, work email, phone (optional), message text and related engagement fields (for example cloud spend range or technical context). This information is used only to respond to your inquiry, scope services and follow up in connection with consulting or audit discussions. It is not sold to third parties.
Analytics
This site may use privacy-preserving analytics (for example Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic. When enabled, the analytics provider may process technical data such as page URL, referrer, device type and coarse location. No advertising remarketing pixels are included by default in the repository template. Enable analytics only after configuring IDs in the site layout as documented in the README.
Cookies
The site may store a theme preference (light/dark) in your browser's local storage to prevent a flash of the wrong theme. That value stays on your device and is not sent to a server unless you later connect analytics or other tools that define their own cookies. If you add a consent banner for optional cookies, document those categories here at publish time.
Third-party tools
If you connect a static form provider (Tally, Formspree, Basin, a Cloudflare Worker, etc.), the fields you submit are transmitted to that provider under their terms and privacy policy. Retention depends on where submissions are delivered (email inbox, form vendor, ticketing). Define your retention schedule in your internal policy and mirror a summary here (for example: "inquiries retained up to 24 months unless you request deletion"). Until you configure storage, no server-side database on this static site stores form submissions.
